		<description>My experience at the northshore (Northbrook) Mall is that they are usually ahead of schedule or on time with reservations because the technical problems are not that sophisticated. If the problem is not too complicated they will address it for you, then and there. BTW, the iNorthshore iPhone App makes it easy find your way around around Chicago’s northshore including Apple stores.</description>
